The Nominating Committee identifies potential candidates for each open position based on spiritual maturity, relevant skills, commitment to Free Methodist values, availability, and representation across our diverse conference communities. After confirming willingness to serve, nominees are presented to the Annual Conference for consideration.<\/p>\n
During the business session, delegates will vote on the slate of nominees using a ranked choice system that will be explained during delegate training and at the conference. Delegates should review nominee information before the conference and come prepared with any questions.<\/p>\n
