Supporting Families at Annual Conference 2025
We’re pleased to offer childcare services during the 2025 Annual Conference, making it easier for families to participate fully in our gathering. Our “Generation to Generation” theme celebrates how God works across all age groups, and we want to make sure parents can engage while knowing their children are well cared for in a safe, nurturing environment.
Service Information
Childcare will be available during the main conference sessions on Saturday, May 17, 2025. The Centerpoint Church childcare team provides this service using their established facilities and experienced staff.

Conference: 8:30 AM – 3:30 PM
Ordination: 3:00 – 4:30 PM

Provider Information
Centerpoint Church’s childcare ministry team has extensive experience providing care during large events. Their staff are background-checked, trained in child safety protocols, and committed to creating a positive experience for each child.
Requirements
To ensure a positive experience for all children, please note the following requirements:
Age Restrictions
- Children must be potty-trained through age 10
- For children under 3 or not potty-trained, parents will need to make alternative arrangements
- Youth ages 11+ are encouraged to participate in appropriate conference sessions with parents
Check-In Procedures
- Allow 15 minutes for the check-in process
- Parent/guardian must sign children in and out
- Check-in begins 30 minutes before each session
- Security tag system will be used
- Emergency contact information required at check-in
Pick-Up Procedures
- Only authorized adults listed during registration may pick up children
- Photo ID required at pick-up
- Children must be picked up within 15 minutes of session end
- Late pick-up fees may apply
Items to Bring
- Clearly labeled water bottle
- Lunch and snacks (if your child has food allergies)
- Comfort item if needed (small blanket, stuffed animal)
- Change of clothes for younger children
- Any necessary medications (with written instructions)
Medical Information Requirements
- Allergies must be clearly noted during registration
- Medical release form required for each child
- Authorization for emergency medical treatment
- List of any medications with dosage instructions
Registration
Pre-registration for childcare is required and must be completed separately from your main conference registration. We cannot accommodate day-of registration requests due to staffing requirements.
Registration Deadline
All childcare registrations must be submitted by May 7, 2025 to ensure adequate staffing and preparation. No exceptions can be made to this deadline.
Special Needs
If your child has special needs requiring additional support, please indicate this during registration and our childcare coordinator will contact you to discuss accommodations.

- Provide required information for each child
- Submit the form to confirm your reservation
